Chelsea's young team 'expected to compete for titles very soon'

Chelsea have signed 12 players this summer with an average age of 21 despite criticism that they have 'too many players' and their squad is too young.
Even more ironically, the last signing is a goalkeeper in £17m Genk youngster Mike Penders, who will join in 2025, amid further ridicule that the club have so many potential options for the position.
