Luton Town goalkeeper Thomas Kaminski said the squad are still getting to grips with life back in the Championship.

The Hatters made an immediate return to the second tier after their relegation from the Premier League last season and have made a slow start to life back outside the top flight.

They surrendered a 2-0 lead against Oxford United on Tuesday to draw 2-2 as well as having substitute Liam Walsh sent off barely a minute after he came off the bench.

"We're searching a little bit on how to play," Kaminski told �鶹Լ�� Three Counties Radio.

"We're struggling to make it work and make it click and you can see that sometimes."

Luton have eight points from their first eight games and currently sit 18th in the table. Their two wins so far came in back-to-back victories against Millwall and Sheffield Wednesday last month.

Since then they have lost at Plymouth and seen a potential three points turn into one against the U's.

"It's a confidence thing," the 31-year-old Belgian said. "Obviously, last season was different and we're now one of the favourites and we have to make results.

"We have to be brave and still do the basics right.

"That fight - it's what Luton stands for - fight and aggression and playing on the front foot. That's what we have to keep on doing and I'm sure that will give us results."
