Striker Palmer signs new Wrexham deal
Striker Ollie Palmer has signed a new Wrexham deal that keeps him at the League One club until the end of the 2025-26 campaign.
The 32-year-old has made 135 appearances for the club, helping them reach League One after joining them in 2022, when they were in the National League, from AFC Wimbledon.
Palmer's 35 goals in the interim include two so far in 2024-25 and Wrexham have ensured he will stay beyond his current deal, which expires at the end of this season.
"Wrexham has become a home away from home for me and my family and my kids love coming to Wrexham more than anything.
βThe fans have been unbelievable with me since I walked through the door, and Iβve met some great people not just at the club but outside of it too."
Wrexham boss Phil Parkinson said: βIβm pleased for Ollie to get his new deal, heβs earned it. Heβs had a good start to the season.
βHeβs played a key role in the clubβs success and weβre looking forward to continuing to work with him.β
