Cardiff City will begin the defence of their Genero Adran Premier title away to Wrexham on Sunday, 15 September.
Newly promoted Briton Ferry Llansawel will be at Aberystwyth Town in their first game
Cardiff Met host Swansea City and Barry Town United host The New Saints in the other fixtures on the opening weekend.
The first phase of the season concludes on 2 February, with the league splitting into two for the second phase of the campaign.
