Jersey stepped up their Muratti preparations with a 2-0 victory over the Panjab FA.

Luke Watson opened the scoring in the second half after a mistake by the Panjab keeper.

Karl Hinds added the second when he latched onto a through ball and cleverly dinked the ball into the net with less than 10 minutes to play.

The game was Jersey's final warm-up match before they play Guernsey for the Muratti Vase on 14 May.

"Overall I thought we were the better side. Second half we bossed it completely I thought," Jersey boss Brian Little told ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Jersey.

"It was a step into the unknown for us and ultimately we've enjoyed it, and I hope the lads have."
