What should I do if I have lost, haven't received, or can't print my e-ticket?

For Central Square tours, we can resend your e-ticket if you call our group bookings line onΒ 029 2063 6464.

If you can't print your e-ticket, you can show it to us on your smartphone or tablet device if you have one.

Otherwise, please make a note of the booking reference number and bring this to your tour, along with proof of ID.
