I applied for tickets online and haven't received my confirmation of application email. What should I do?

If you've recently applied for a show and haven't received an email from us confirming that your ticket application has been received, it is possible that a technical issue has prevented your application being submitted successfully or is preventing your confirmation email being received, or it may be that you typed your email address incorrectly when entering your details.

Sometimes our emails do get filtered into spam or junk mail, so you should always check there and make sure Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Shows and Tours (bbcshowsandtours@shows.bbc.co.uk) is added to your email client’s list of safe senders.

In the event that you don’t receive a confirmation of application and have checked that our emails aren’t being filtered out of your inbox, we suggest that you re-submit your application.

If you have received a confirmation email then your request will have been received successfully. Please note this does not necessarily mean that you will receive tickets.
