Safety Hub is a tool for creating risk assessments, reporting accidents and recording inspections. It replaced myRisks in 2019.
The key features
- Safety Hub is cloud based - access away from base whether locally or internationally is no longer an issue.
- It has single sign on, so every Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ person listed in SAP can access it automatically.
- A new module, the Programme and Project register, that will link all of your records together making it easier to see everything related to a particular project or programme.
- A simpler risk assessment form, bringing the focus back to what is important – how we control the significant issues.
- The ability to recall a risk assessment if your authoriser isn’t available.
- Improved notifications for incidents – alerting senior management of serious incidents at the point of notification and summarising the less serious on a weekly basis.
- Rationalised, smarter inspection forms, that expand and contract depending on your requirements
- Improved assurance forms - clearer questions on our key topics that will allow managers to take greater assurance in their areas.
If you have any questions that aren’t answered on this page, please contact your and they will be delighted to help you!
