Biography
Matt Juggins is a Research Engineer at Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ R&D’s London office working on improving streaming media distribution and low latency live streaming. He has developed and maintains various internal web-based video streaming and analysis tools.
Additionally, Matt helps maintain our , and has made contributions to the widely used on behalf of the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ.
He studied at the University of York and holds an MEng in Electronic Engineering with Music Technology Systems.
