Passengers criticise BA for lack of action over in-flight thefts
How safe is your hand luggage on a long-distance flight? Most of us assume that stowing your valuables in the overhead locker, or in a bag by your side, is secure.But several passengers on a British Airways flight from Washington to Heathrow founds things had been stolen from their hand luggage as they slept. And they’re not happy at the way the airline dealt with it. Our reporter Caz Graham’s been hearing what happened.
