A taste of southern Italy
Mary Contini was born and brought up in Edinburgh and East Lothian, but her ancestors hail from Southern Italy, so lots of her recipes are influenced by her family background.
Today she's preparing small baby chickens, or poussin, with an Orvieto-style potato and olive stuffing. Simon Parkes joins her in the kitchen.
