Limbering up outside the Woman's Hour studio
If you haven't done any exercise for years, the thought of setting foot in a gym may have you running for the hills

But when two friends, Pauline Eborell and Patricia Furber, hit sixty they vowed to get fit.

Together they embarked on a string of disappointing and downright embarrassing encounters with gyms, exercise classes and fitness instructors.

They're planning on writing a book, but in the meantime they came in to try out some exercises with Jenni.

Pauline and Patricia's book has not been finished, but if you'd like some adviceÌýon excercises for the over 50s, follow this link:Â鶹ԼÅÄ Health: Health at 50+Ìý
