Can we conquer stress and take control of our lives?
Stress seems to be a normal part of our everyday lives these days. Having a successful career, bringing up children, trying to be all things to all peopleÌý can send our stress levels soaring and this, scientists now recognise, can make people ill.Ìý
Professor Angela Clow is Professor of Psychophysiology at the University of Westminster in London, but she's also known as the Stress Professor'- a role which she takes on with great gusto in the new Â鶹ԼÅÄ TV series The Stress Test. The series offers advice to six different people who are each plagued by stress, but for very different reasons.
Karen McIntyre, next week's guest, talks about her stress levels, and asÌýa mother of five who has not just one job but two, her life is likely involve a high degree of tension.
