She's become the first person to fly solo around the world and land on all seven contintents.

But what made her take off on her year-long adventure?

On 6 May 2003, PollyÌýembarked on a solo flight around the world from Pole to Pole.Ìý Her record-breaking journey ended as she landed her single-engine plane atÌý Birmingham Intermational Airport yesterday afternoon.Ìý

Polly joins Jenni to talk about why she took to the skies to help disabled people discover their true potential through learning to fly.
