The Greek government may be counting each day as they desperately try to finish their stadium in time, but for the athletes it's also a stressful time as they emerge from winter training and start competing again.
Last year's 3 A's discus champion was Shelley Newman, who used to compete under her maiden name Drew - and she's hoping to secure an Olympic place in Athens in August.
Preparation is vital and everything from the food she eats to the weights she lifts will be under strict scrutiny. But the coach overseeing all that is Shelley's husband, Lee. Philippa Budgen joined them at a training session to find out what it's like to live and work together.
