Director, Patty Jenkins
Aileen Wurnos has fascinated the American public since she was arrested in 1991 for killing seven men while working as a prostitute. She's been the subject of a TV film, an opera, several books and two documentaries by Nick Broomfield.

Her latest depiction is in the film Monster. It focuses on a short period of Wurnos's life when she was in a lesbian relationship with Tyria Moore and carried out seven murders.

Jenni asks Patty Jenkins, the writer and director of Monster why she decided to make her first feature film about Aileen Wurnos.
