Ìý Why are sleep disorders on the increase? 17 December 2003 Ìý
In a recent study one in five workers admitted to nodding off from exhaustion at work, whilst more people are seeking help for sleep-related problems.

How far can this be attributed to our round the clock-living and at what point is it necessary to seek professional help?

Jenni hears the experiences of sleep walkers and looks at the possible causes and treatment of common sleep disorders with guests Professor Neil Stanley of the the British Sleep Society and Dr Zenobia Zaiwalla, consultant neuro physiologist at the Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.
