Fiona Thornewill and husband Mike were the first couple to reach both North and South Poles
Like many of us Fiona Thornewill enjoyed a good walk - then she met her husband Mike and a hobby became an obsession. Together they conquered both the North and South Poles.

Now Fiona is preparing to return to the Antarctic, this time alone and unaided, embarking on a 70 day trek, pulling all her provisions on a three hundred pound sled.
Fiona Thornewill joins Jenni to talk more about the forthcoming expedition.
