Ìý Roger Sanderson Tuesday 1 April 2003 Ìý
Roger Sanderson has had enormous success writing romance for the past six years - it is estimated he has 1 ¼ million books in print around the world, and has been translated into 17 languages. His output is a phenomenal 4 novels a year. But you would never knowingly buy one of his books, although you may have a Gill Sanderson on your shelf. He is the only male writer published by Mills and Boon and has to write under a pseudonym which disguises his gender.

His early career was spent penning war stories -so what brought him to the "she felt his hot breath on her neck" department? Jo Morris went to Liverpool to meet him.
