Ìý Heston Blumenthal Wednesday 26 February 2003 Ìý
How often do we vow to ourselves to eat together as a family more often? One way of taking the pressure off when you're cooking Sunday lunch is to get the whole family to help in the kitchen- however young.

Heston Blumenthal is the chef at The Fat Duck in Berkshire and he's just written a book ? Family Food detailing how to get children more involved in the kitchen, as helpers and as cooks. Jennifer Chevalier joined the Blumenthal's as they were preparing lunch and watched Jack, 10, Jessie, 8 and Joy 5, help Heston and Susanna in the kitchen.
'Family Food: A New Approach to Cooking', by Heston Blumenthal, published by Michael Joseph ISBN 0-718-14436-8
