Nearly every parent knows what it's like to have a fussy eater in the family. But for some households the problem is acute - a survey's found that nearly 20 percent of the children under 7 that they studied were significantly "food neophobic" - meaning they showed a reluctance or even refusal to try new things.

In the last decade, a team at Great Ormond Street Hospital has worked with over a hundred families where mealtimes have become a battleground.
Rachel Schofield went to see what tactics they're using.
