Ellen MacArthur won worldwide public adoration last year when she was runner-up in the Vendee Globe Round the World Yacht Race.
This year, everyone's watching 27 year old Emma Richards. She'll be only woman and the only British competitor in the forthcoming Around Alone Round the World Yacht Race.
Emma talks to Alison Tilley about the prospect of the 28,000 mile marathon ahead of her.
