Ìý Jubilee 5 Saturday 1 June 2002 Ìý
Jubilee 5 Marguerite Patten has had a longer reign on Television than the Queen herself. She made her TV debut in 1947 as the Â鶹ԼÅÄ's first TV cook, and has been testing recipes in her Brighton kitchen ever since.

To mark the Jubilee she has analyzed Coronation menus through the ages for the definitive Coronation Cookbook.
Woman's Hour asked her to cast her mind back to the coronation.
