Ìý Chelsea Flower Show 5 Monday 20 May 2002 Ìý
This year is Jinny Blom's first ever attempt at creating a garden for the Chelsea Flower Show. Tomorrow the Royal Horticultural Society will announce the medal winners. It's an anxious time for Jinny and her co designer, His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales.

After 9 months of hard labour, their Healing Garden should be at the peak of perfection. Its design is based on sacred geometry. It features a traditional laid hedge, huge boulders, a 50 year old Hornbeam, a sedum roofed, lime washed willow shelter with a fitted curving oak bench and 125 species of plants.
Corinne Julius has been following the creation of the garden from the first sketches through to the building of the shelter and the laying of the hedge. She joined Jinny on site again last week to find out how things were going.
