Alex Coomber regularly descends channels of ice at 80 mph, head-first, on an object that resembles a tea-tray.
She's World Champion of the sport known as the skeleton bobsleigh, and is now tipped to win gold at the Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City next month.
Very impressive for someone who has to train on a sled made from skateboard wheels and toilet handles, because Britain has no skeleton bobsleigh track. She joins Jenni to talk about living up to this challenge.
