Ìý Phone-In: Is the housework causing a rift Friday 11 January 2002 Ìý
On Wednesday's programme we heard the author Susan Maushart pinpoint "wifework" as the major course of discontent in modern marriages. Women, she claimed, are getting a raw deal from marriage and are fed up with their dreary routine of housework, husband maintenance and childcare.

In today's programme, Woman's Hour will be opening the phone lines and we'd like to hear how you juggle your domestic duties. Does your husband do his fair share of the laundry? And does it matter if he doesn't?
We'd like to hear your views. You can call from 8am on 08700 100 444 or email us ahead of the programme at womanshour@bbc.co.uk (please include a contact number)or visit the message board
