Ìý Edible Christmas Gifts Part 5 Thursday 20 December 2001 Ìý
For the last in the series of edible Christmas gifts Sybil Kapoor has decided to make an exotic curd from passion fruit juice.

Passion fruits are native to South America and although they were brought back from Brazil by the Spanish as early as the 1500s it is only recently that they have enjoyed their peak of popularity among gourmets.
So if you really want to impress your friends and family Sybil advises you try this recipe for yourself. But be warned: as Anna McNamee found out making it takes a degree of patience.
Read the recipe.
Sybil Kapoor is author of Simply British (Penguin Books, ISBN: 0140273190, £7.99)
