If 'Delia' is now a word in the English dictionary, 'Darina', might be more appropriate for an Irish one.
Darina Allen is Ireland's most famous cook with nine television series under her belt and almost a million book sales.
She is also the woman behind the prestigious Ballymaloe Cookery School at Shanagarry in County Cork, Ireland, which she set up two decades ago.
On St Patrick's Day in 1995, she cooked breakfast for President Clinton and 150 guests. She talks to Jenni about her passion for good food and cooks soup in the studio.
