This year marks the 90th anniversary of Save the Children.ÌýIts founderÌýEglantyne Jebb redefined how child welfare operated, and wrote social policy of permanent significance to children's lives. JenniÌýtalks to Clare Mulley, author of a new biography of Eglanytne Jebb.ÌýShe explains why this woman, who was not fond of children and described them as ‘little wretches’, chose to dedicate her life to child welfare.
