Surprise findings from NASA’s Deep Impact mission to investigate the structure of comets.
Earlier this summer, the Deep Impact spacecraft released a washing machine-sized projectile into the Comet ‘Tempel 1’, throwing up a huge plume of icy debris.Ìý
