Betty and Isobel are the alleged founders of the Renfrew Over-50s Swimming Club.Β Isobel is president andΒ Rita joined because of Flora - theyΒ got to know each otherΒ at a community council meeting 27 years ago.Β Tommy drives them to whichever bathing pool they're sampling that week andΒ whichever pool it is George GrantΒ will watch over them.Β
