Elin Wyn JonesWhere I play:

For starters I play once a week at my lessons or whenever Llio might want us to accompany her at events. I also sometimes play in local hotels and venues where I provide atmospheric harp music.

In 2000 I played at the Millennium Dome as part of a show-case of Welsh music. I shared the same billing as Cerys Matthews of Catatonia. That was a real thrill. I also got to play for President Clinton when he was a guest at the 'Hay and Wye Festival', 2001. It's great to get these opportunities because they really help to spread the word about the triple harp tradition.

At the moment I'm actually studying for my 'A Levels' with plans to study medicine. Even so, I intend to continue playing the triple harp. It's simply part of what I am.
