US pauses liquified natural gas expansion

US President Joe Biden pauses new LNG terminals, saying climate changes is β€œthe existential threat of our time."

It is widely used to meet energy and fuel needs around the world and even though the demand for it is growing - the world's biggest exporter of this gas - the United States will not allow any new LNG terminals in the country.
