A document published by authorities in Henan, China, has caused quite a stir. It sets a traffic light system to monitor targets like international students and journalists.
The use of surveillance systems in China is not new, but a recent document published by local authorities in the province of Henan gave explicit details of a traffic light system, targeting international students and journalists, among others. Howard Zhang, from Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Chinese tells us more.

Deportivo Palestino's going home
