Google 'Acted Illegally' Over Android

European competition regulators impose $5bn fine over anti-competitive actions. Rory Cellan-Jones on the latest stories in the tech world.

The European Commission says the firm used the mobile operating system to illegally "cement its dominant position" in search and has imposed a $5bn fine. Plus, is Twitter being used by foreigners to interfere in African elections? We talk to Rob Watkinson from communications agency Portland, which has issued a report on the subject.
