Smith and Warner's Canada Comeback - Right or Wrong?

Steve Smith and David Warner play T20 in Canada, plus the decline of cricket in Kenya.

Disgraced Australia batsmen Steve Smith and David Warner are returning to cricket in the Global T20 Canada league this week.

They are banned from international and Australian domestic cricket following their central roles in a ball-tampering scandal that shocked the sport.

The Indian Premier League also jettisoned the pair, but Canadian tournament director Jason Harper justifies his decision to offer them a lifeline.

Plus, are England rightly World Cup favourites after their 5-0 whitewash of Australia?

And Jim Maxwell returns from Kenya where he spoke to a man trying to breathe life into the one-time World Cup semi-finalists.
