Social media has become an integral part of modern life for most of us - but what if youβd been in jail for the last 30 years? Many recently released so-called juvenile lifers in the US now find themselves grappling with the mysteries of Facebook and Whatsapp. They never expected to get out of prison, so authorities and family members have had to ease them into the online world β with mixed results.
