Hong Kong's Stand News is to shut after a police raid and the arrest of senior staff. It was one of the few remaining media outlets that support democracy in the territory, and the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Andrew Wood in Hong Kong explains the background and the potential impact on the business climate there.
