The plane maker Boeing says it expects that it will take another two and a half years for global aviation to return to pre-pandemic levels; we hear from its Chief Strategy Officer, Marc Allen. Also in the programme, there are suggestions that pasta prices could rise by 50% owing to a shortage of wheat.
