The oil giant Shell will shift its tax residence from the Netherlands to the UK. Mehreen Khan of the Financial Times explains the background to the move, and Peer de Rijk, energy and climate justice campaigner at Friends of the Earth Netherlands discusses the impact it could have on a Dutch court ruling that Shell should reduce its carbon emissions more quickly than it had planned.
