Shops and cinemas in Italy are reopening, whilst hospitality venues can now serve outside. Italian celebrity chef Alessandro Borghese runs a restaurant in the northern city of Milan and gives us his reaction to the news. And we find out how Italy plans to spend more than $200bn from a European Union-wide recovery fund with Pietro Reichlin, who is an economist at Luiss University in Rome.
