As the Russian election gets underway Google and Apple have removed a tactical voting app. Opposition activists have accused the tech giants of bowing to pressure from the Kremlin, and we get reaction to the move from Leonid Volkov, who ran jailed Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny's campaign in 2018. Also in the programme, the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Rebecca Kesby finds out how scientists are using genetic material from wild plants to make agricultural crops more resilient to climate change. Plus, we look back on the life of the British inventor, Sir Clive Sinclair, famous for developing the pioneering ZX Spectrum personal computer. Henrique Olifiers runs computer game development firm Bossa Studio, and gives us his perspective.

Today's edition is presented by Mike Johnson, and produced by Lucy Burton, Deborah Weitzmann and Russell Newlove.
