US reopens to European travellers

The US has restricted UK and EU arrivals since the beginning of the pandemic

Airlines in Europe are hoping for a surge in bookings from people who want to travel to the United States, as the country is reopening its borders from Monday, as long as they have been vaccinated against Covid 19. US aviation consultant Michael J Boyd and UK travel agent Beneditta McManus give us their perspectives on the news. China's State Grid company has warned of shortages of electricity this winter.
