Plane maker Boeing is to pay $2.5bn to settle a criminal charge over safety failings. The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Theo Leggett explains the background, and we get the response of Zipporah Kuria, whose father was one of those killed when two Boeing 737 Max planes crashed in quick succession.
