A blast in the Lebanese capital has killed at least 27 according to the health minister

A large blast in the Lebanese capital, Beirut, has killed at least 27 people and injured more than 2,500 others, the health minister says. The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Hashem Shawish explains what we know about the explosion so far. Also in the programme, Argentina has struck a debt agreement with creditors, after agreeing the terms of a restructuring deal.
