A merger between Fiat Chrysler and PSA has won approval from the companies' shareholders. The new company will be called Stellantis, and Eric Sylver of the Wall Street Journal tells us why Fiat has agreed to be subsumed into an ever bigger group. Also in the programme, more than 200 workers at Google-parent Alphabet have formed a labour union.
