Executives feel the heat in Indian Parliament over alleged political bias and hate speech

Behind closed doors in India's Parliament, senior Facebook executives have faced a grilling over the spreading of anti-Muslim hate speech and alleged political bias. The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Nikhil Imamdar, in Mumbai, explains the criticism Facebook is facing. For many schoolchildren across the world lessons have moved online because of the pandemic. But millions of children remain on the wrong side of the digital divide, without access to the equipment they need to benefit from virtual learning, as Szu Ping Chan discovers in her in-depth report.
