A large blast in the Lebanese capital, Beirut, has killed at least 70 people and injured more than 4,000 others, the health minister says. The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Hashem Shawish explains what we know about the explosion so far. Also in the programme, Argentina has struck a debt agreement with creditors, after agreeing the terms of a restructuring deal. Dr Juan Grigera, lecturer in Political Economy at Kings College London, explains the significance of the deal. Interpol have released a warning about cyber-crime during the coronavirus pandemic.
