US and South Korea Sign Trade Deal

Donald Trump and South Korean President Moon Jae-in have signed a trade deal following a bilateral meeting at the United Nations. We get the latest from our reporter in New York, Kim Gittleson. Free health insurance for 100 million of India's poorest families has been officially launched.
