Also in the programme, the Food and Agriculture Organisation says that around a third of fish caught around the world never makes it to people's plates. Manuel Barange is director of Fisheries and Aquaculture Policy at the FAO and tells us why. John Steele is chief executive of cafΓ© Direct, and explains why his company is the first in the UK to have secured B Corp certification, which aims to identify companies that benefit society.
